GS and MS...gone after restart

Hi, after i've done with the weapon enchant , GS and MS the status is gone after restart. I've done the MS second time..restart gone again. How i can recover from this issue? I have the proof for the second weapon with the GS and MS gone..i didn't realize that i'll have this problem in the first place.
