    First go in Pandaemonium and raise your alchemy craft to 380p, getting the newunlocked recipies once theyre available. Raise your Essencetapping to 380p and Aethertapping to 300p. Go to primum landing, find the NPC that sells recipies (Asmodian Alchemy...), buy the recipe. Learn it. Go to Alukina palace in Beluslan and gather Aethers. Go to hoarfrost shelter and farm ruby ore. Go back to the craft studio and make powders from the ruby. Buy Asvata paper from the NPC inside and you should be able to craft them.

    Works the same, just look in the Aiondatabase. Do it like i did with running, i think u use sapphire powder instead of diamont thats all.
