Guild Emblem won't be registered

I'm not too sure what causes this, and I'm new in this matter.
I created a guild around two weeks ago and I decided to give it an emblem.

But the problem is, whenever I click the "Guild emblem register/change" it didn't change anything after I press Yes.

The following things I have done:
- Monday (I've seen that we can only register/change it on Mondays, and I assume it's Monday already when I post this. There's no way it's not Monday for this server, since MY Monday is just almost over. 19.26pm here lol.)
- Bought the guild emblem
- Made the picture become 60 x 60px
- Put it in the right directory. (My Documents/Black Desert)
- Change the name become "gmark.png".

Whenever I clicked "Yes", it just goes like that, nothing changed, just that. Not even a slight warning about missing here or that. (I did make it to be 59 x 59px and there's a warning that it wasn't 60 x 60px, just to make sure)
I'm not really sure if owning 4.5mil on guild coffers isn't enough to make it.

Am I missing something here? Please, I want to have a fancy guild emblem for my guild, too.

 

No one actually knows how to fix this? I still not able to make a guild emblem for the problem still persist.
