Guild quest timer display error​

Bug Description:

Guild quest timer on the mission bar displays an incorrect time, and it can only be fixed if you relog or open the guild menu​

How to reproduce/proof:

ask someone to accept a guild quest, combat quest, and the timer will be shown incorrectly. the bug might not show up if you open the guild menu first, so ask someone to accept the quest for you.
