and my mind was not fucked up back then I swear
and I woke up and I was sad because I felt guilty of having a dream like that

I've had dreams with sex in them too. It's not that uncommon. You just gotta make sure you don't get up before the good part. Though if you do manage to get to the sex in your dream then you may end up with a "wet dream" depending on if you get through the sex or not.

I swear I learned this all from middle school health class. And I went to a Catholic School. Though it was mainly so they could try and brainwash us early on into thinking that things like sex and masturbation are nasty and our insides will rot and die if we don't wait till marriage and stuff like that.

In a slight related if you can learn to Lucid dream you can have sex everynight as then you control the dream. You can just get to the good stuff right away and skip that painful bone breaking stuff. Though if you try Lucid dreaming then you should also look into techniques to protect yourself from negative spirits as your mind and body is much more vulnerable to them in that state unless you protect yourself
