If he/she was silenced then no, but you were blinded before you fired your first shot.

Or at least the chat logs would appear to say, although you had no debuff on your UI.

Could be a bug with the debuff icon or an issue with the Cleric, but from the video's shown, i don't think there is enough evidence against the players involved.

All i will say is to keep filming and see if you can gather some hard evidence that the GMs can use.

This thread is becoming pointless and off topic.
A GM should close this soon because the evidence was shown, looked at and it is clear that there were no hacks involved in this case.
