    after buy in webshop, logout your id. and then login in game wait 3-5 minutes it will come,,,,,

    you have to do full relog ... not only go ur charrcacter selection windowns then login back into the game. no .. go full relogin.

    All this advice.. I tried logging out completely and everything xD Still no items. It's been over 12+ hours now, almost 24 in a bit, still nothing. Not in the mail, not in the warehouse, not on any other character xD

    You have to log the character which you selected for the items to be mailed, login that selected character and wait for few minutes.
