Happend again... (teleport)

Hi, I would like to share my case since it is second time it happends to me and I am afraid about future punishment for something that I really dont know how it is happening.

About first time - I get banned for 3rd party program but It was all just kind of weird teleport when I was AFK even know about it. (on speed Levinshor). Everything went well since I got unban, now I am not minimalizing game in speed or in other BG.

But now:

I dont understand WHAT THE HECK happend to me again, I was in 1v1 about to kick one gladys ass (I had plenty of HP, non of heals or anything in cd btw I knew that glad is going down) but then I experienced something that I never saw... Did you ever played cs 1.6? And did you get ''grab'' from admin? (you see where are you going thru map)... Well this happend. I was in air see that I somehow ''fly'' to the wall and then I appeard somewhere in txt. I just jump and appear outside of 1v1 arena circle. Now we we able to hit each other only when we were close to circle ''wall'' cause I could not enter in again. It ends as draw.

So what the hell is wrong with me?

My specifications:

FPS: usually 40-60 in crowded area (sanct etc) without shift+12 = 15-30 (i had at teleport maybe 20)
Ping: 100 - 200
Details: lowest
Screen: Full window
Ping reducers etc.: No ping reducer, I have rain meter but it was not running

Could it happend because of my lack on FPS/Ping + some server lag and it just happend?

This usually happens to me.

I think, it is because of lag spike or yeah connection problem something like that.

Coz for example you are 20m away from a target, and you got lag when you tried to walk 5m to the target. And because of that lag, the game didn't receive any command that you moved 5m to the target and because of this so called anti speed hack, when your connection goes back to normal, this anti speed hack pulls you back to where you are supposed to be. And because of this, characters sometimes gets bug, where instead of pulling you back to where you are supposed to be, you end up falling underground, above the sky or behind the walls.

Just like what happens to my Sorcerer and SW when I sometimes use flash or Blink skill. After using it, I sometimes found myself behind obstacles, falling or above the sky.

 

Thx for explain. Sometimes also when I get fear and moving in the hill I just skip texture and fall down.
