    They're probably stigma skills. You have to do the stigma slots unlocking quest (A Sliver of Darkness/No Escaping Destiny) and equip the stigmas (through stigma stones) using Stigma Shards.

    On Crystal, you have to buy skills from the merchants in order to obtain them. I made a guide for this which is located in the link below which actually I just noticed I need to update it b/c you can actually buy the skills from the merchants in Cloister of Kaisinel or the Convent of Marchutan as well as from the other vendors.
