Havent received my silver from the marketplace

Hello,
So i have just sold a Duo Ultimate Lord Godr Sphera on the marketplace,clicked to receive the money and it said it was done.Unfortunately i have not received the money and the item seems to be sold.
i have the screenshots of the mail i received from the marketplace and my storage balance in Heidel , unfortunately thats not a very good proof that i havent received the money (the screenshot of the storage was taken after i 'collected' but didnt received the money which is 175M) but that is what i exprienced and hope to get this fixed and get my silver.

In retail you get a message for every item you sell. You have to claim the money at the Market.
I think you have to claim it on the same way. Look at your market listings.

 

Yeah i know that , as i mentioned i clicked receive on martkerplace listings and havent received the money.
