havin' problems with disappearing stuff

my kinah / medals keep disappearing. . . if i get ss's of my stuff - and then the absence of my stuff, am i able to have it replaced? I'm really hoping i dont ever have to take ss of my stuff missing =/

seriously.... this things been here for hours and no reply. . . I thought stuff in problems sect was supposed to get priority

 

the only chance for replacement is if u have screens. dont store kinah in account warehouse, they will disappear theres a kinah cap of 20 bill or so atm, if u had more u wont get the extra back. the medals r bugged atm

I learned the hard way not to put money in warehouse when i was on crystal =p and i'm not lucky enough to have 20bil...i was at like 1.4b and went from somewhere around 70 of both kind of medals down to 0 gold and 0 silver... but i bought 6 silvers from a friend and did some fort capturing last night... getting me 8 golds i believe i have a ss somewhere of my medals before. ill check into that if a gm really can help me
