having problem " can not connect to authorization server"

can any one help me out here i tried to reinstall the client but still get the same error " can not to authorization server "

 

Are you using any ping reducer?

 

Make sure your region is set to North America via NcSoft Launcher.

 

it is set for north America and it was working and when i just closed it and opened it again it just stoped working and gave me that massege

 

Maybe try launching it through bat.file, but I don't know if it is still working or outdated. Worth a try I guess.

i tried as they said to use the Ncsoft it give the same error :S
