    Not sufficient evidence to really say he's hacking, I can't see what buffs are on him. Also the log shows the primary hits (Diggass inflicted 280 damage on Pullmyhair) then secondary hits (Diggass inflicted 69 damage on Pullmyhair.) which is common for two-three strike weapons. Heres a log from from my assassin just auto attacking..
