HEALING skills are delay...

so i played my cleric today...
and i tot i was lagging cause im healing and HP goes for like .5sec-1sec
so i ask some other cleric if they experience this and yes they do
well its on lumiel i dont know about on siel...its kinda annoying to see ur groups dying for just a delayed heals
specially wen u goes in a big fight....
kindly look at this pls....or if its normal then ill go back playing sorc.....

yeah after the concentration bug now this. . . they messing up clerics really bad
