    There's no need of posting all in CAPS, we take that as shouting. You can use CAPS but just a few words in a thread to make emphasis that the word you're marking it's more important etc..

    I was going to give you an infraction, but I noticed you would get banned for it so decided to give you a simple warning.

    posting in CAPS is not allowed. as simple as that.
