Hello having a problem

    I couldn't find a technical support area so I came here. Alright my problem is the fact I run the launcher the game starts fine shows the NC Soft logo etc, then it crashes but the NC soft screen stays up till I force close it through the task manager. I have repaired the game I have set it to NA, what else is causing this? I can't find what the error/problem is that pops up so its unknown currently. Any help would be appreciated.
