    My account says your already voted 45 mins but i din't VOTE and my credits not increase I really need help for this serious problem

    Wait until the 45 minutes end and vote immediately after. That will "stick" your IP to your account.

    It isn't weird, it happens, but it gets solved the way I told you :p Happens to me too sometimes. No big deal, just remember to vote immediately after the timer ends like I said to make sure your IP gets connected to your account again.
