    Hi,

    For some reason my helm outfit appearance is not displaying. I have tried multiple outfits and different characters, it seems the issue is only for newly created characters. Could you please advise on how to fix this?

    Make sure that the hide appearance for the helmet isn't toggled.

    If the eye is greyed out, its hidden.

    If that doesn't help, try clearing game cache. Delete UserCache folder and the Cache folder in your game installation folder.
