Help a Newbie please

Hello , I have recently started to play Gamez Aion again , since I bought a new video card , now I can play xD. Ok so I see a lot of things have changed since I quited ( about 6 mounths ago ) and want to know stuff...
1. Are Instances like UT / LUT / BT available and working ? ( no bugs I mean )
2. What's the deal with GM Trading ? Before u could trade Untradable items with some "item.pak" , is that working anymore?
3. All skills are autolearned on Siel ? That includes Stigma Skills 2.
4. And lastly , sieges work ?

1. no , it isnt fully working yet..

2. you can only trade untradable items if u have vip membership (which can be bought for 1500 credits in website 30 days limit)

3. yes , siel has no stygma system.. so if u type //givemissingskills u get all skills available for ur class..

4. yes sieges work...

 

2. wrong, u can still trade most untradables with items.pak alone as long as they dont have a pvp bonus (and a few special items) also even VIP need the items.pak ^^

 

ok got 2 3 and 4. But for 1 - none of them are working ? then how do I see around WTT my stormwing spear to your ..... etc ?
