After today's server inspection, "Smart Guard" lasts for more than 5 minutes, and then the above message pops up.
"Window Defender" is over.
Windows real-time monitoring has also ended.

also tried "Force Check" after reinstalling the game.
However, the same symptoms continue.

 

First of all try a simple restart on your system.
If it doesn't work, add game files and folder as exceptions on both Windows Defender and Firewall, sometimes only disable it doesn't do the trick.

Recheck the game folder path at Launcher Settings. Also, try disable Autostart Malwarebyte if you have any;
In last case, after the steps above, try a clean reinstall (don't forget to recheck the exceptions after that).
