HELP!!! Can't See Character Selection Screen

    Hi, Im have some problems i run game works fine, Put my password and username in works fun selected my server and than nothing came up to select my character. Theres no buttons to create, delete or enter world. i know they not deleted cause when i log into the web i see them there. anyone know a solution. thanks
