HELP : Client Issue

hello guys , can someone here help me to fix this problem ? thank you

 

It occurs in situations where GamezBD Launcher was stopped due to reasons, it's not normal after it was executed.

1. Remove 'GamezBDO.exe" file in the installed folder. (this file a new one maked when an error occurred automatic.)

2. And find "GamezBDO.exe.old" in same folder. (it is origin file when you installed and it have extension name "old"), you just change extension from 'GamezBDO.exe.old' to 'GamezBDO.exe'

3. Now connect by 'GamezBDO.exe'.

4. Or, delete and reinstall game launcher.



However, this method simply deletes newly created file and executes it as a complete file. and then a new file is created again.
To launch normally it. to solve the underlying problem visual c++ and NET Framework must be installed in your computer.
