[Help] Force Close

    Please help, i got force close after "kakaogames" sign. Yesterday was fine, i don't know why?

    Navigate to the following directory in your computer:
    Code:
    %userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert
    • Delete the UserCache folder.
    • Delete the Cache folder in your game installation folder.
    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date.
    Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

    This is for when you are stuck at the kakao screen, but hopefully it will help here too.

    I alrdy try that and still. Actually it's force close back to the windows not stuck. Hope u got another solution.
