help, game force close after the loading screen

    the game force close after the loading screen is done and there's no error popups at all. my internet connection is fine and i can play other games with no lag at all.
    any solution for this?

    Make sure your video card drivers up to date. Did you set exceptions to black desert online folder?

    This usually happens when no exceptions are specified for the game or when the drivers are outdated.
