Help gm my id stuck......

GM HELP ME MY ID CANNOT LOGIN COZ ALWYS DC

when I login there is a notification "You are Already logged in" as shown below:



I try to login again, and finally able to login, but when the "user agreement" when I click accept



character selection does not appear, and then DC,

10 o'clock this morning (the time in Indonesia)

it started when I was in DP and sudden severe lag, then I check ping to gamezaion, when I see it turns out like this




I am not disconnected from the server, but the lag, when I "logout" could not also "when I" quit "is not able too. and finally I force quit gamezaion client using the TASK MANAGER.

and when I try to login, I can not enter the character selection (DC)
until now I can not log

whens the last time u tried to get on, does it still do it?

DP had this bug ages ago, if u ever d/ced inside, u couldnt get back in until ur party disbanded and ur char was auto ported outside, ud always d/c

a lot of code has changed since then so the effect could have too. if i were u id try submit the character unstuck request on the main site and wait till next server restart, see if that helps

u can always try repair ur client in the ncsoft launcher if ur files got corrupted but im not sure this is the case

if unstuck request doesnt help u, carl will have to unstuck u manually from the database



btw if this only happened recently, just try get on later once u know the party would have fallen apart, might help

THIS SAME PROBLEM HERE

Hello.
I have problem with my account.
Today when i play in GameZ Aion Siel Subserver i get DC form server.
Server have delays and crashes. After DC try login and i see: "You are already logged in (7)" but i write my pass to account one more time and i can play.
Few hours later server go down and GM/ADM restarted it. Now i cant login to my account.

First i see (when write account and pass - correct): "You are already logged in (7)"
When try login one more time to my account i see: "You are disconnected from the server"

!HELP ME PLEASE!!

Dear GM please inform Carl or other Admin.
Please disconnect my account from server.

Server: GameZ Aion
Subserver: Siel
Account: hosampsih
ING: Szarki, Hosampsih

Please disconnect my account and all characters from server.

 

you guys just need wait till server will be restarted.

 

meanwhile u can just repair ur client and update it...
