    Download the NCsoft launcher, then download the game through it. Gamez uses the retail client with a small launcher of its own.

    The server is in Lansing, Michigan (US), latency really depends on your connection and exact location since "asia" is ridiculously vague (seriously asia spans 11 time zones)

    As for population, it is pretty big (several hundred people on each side at any one time)
