Help Log in Problem

    Hi, after today's server restart, I cannot longer log in, (both launcher and website).
    After I tried "forgot my password". It says the email not found.
    Please help.

    Make sure to type the username and password in the exact same way you registered to the system. If there is no typo and the password is indeed correct but the error persists, tick the "Remember" box.

    yeah the remember box was ticked since day one, and it just start showing wrong password and account.

    and I discover I have typo on my email account when I register my account.
    Is there any ways that I can reset my password?

    if you have a typo how did you activate your account? also the client doesn't use email it takes the user your chose when you made account.

    I did, but as I said, there was a typo when I register my account. "missing a character"

    Does the password resetting email sent to the email immediately?
    Still not receiving any confirmation emails for 15 mins.
