Help me out (Choose my class based on my prefs)

I like a class that is up close and personal, a warrior type.
Two-handed weapon master, I prefer 2H Swords.
A class that can buff up & deal hella damage, but also has good defence.
Decent speed.
(something that would be a little harder to kill in PvP, not a tank!)

I am brand new, I have never played Aion.
I am currently downloading the game and am going to set up the server for play in the morning.

 

Your best bet would be gladiator if you really wanted to go two handed sword, who also have a decent defense. Assassins rely more on dodging and evading, but if they're hit take quite a bit of damage regardless of gear, and on Gamez you'd need full ABG with a sin to really keep up with the competition. So for now, since this is your first Aion experience, go with a Gladiator, they're a good starter class to learn the physics of the game and stuff, and are overall a good class to use. After a bit you can decide from there, the only classes that have the ability to dual-wield are gladiators, assassins, and rangers.. though, you wouldn't accomplish much dual wielding on a ranger lol.
