I FORGOT WHAT,S the quest of chief investigator,. even creating monster. i cant find it.. i knw theres a step for this quest, help me.

i dont have creating monster also, i cant start questing creating monster if i cant find it in my"J"

 

You have to finish Lepharist Poison Research before you can unlock Creating A Monster.

 

before lepharist? what quest? even lepharist i dont have yet

 

always read the comments on the quest guides in any of the 3 databases. either the guide explicitly states prerequisites, or someone tells you what to do to get it in the comments

After having found the dead body of Lepontos or w/e his name was you get a followup to go into
the Lepharist Research Center."

since its a campaign quest, doing ur previous campaigns in the area will unlock it eventually
