    It Says You already voted? Maybe you are playing in a Shop which someone also is voting.. that keeps your ip-adress from using it

    well if your playing in the shop maybe someone using the ip-adress from the same shop which leading to your voting system.. i guess

    You need to wait until the time ends, then when the timer hits 0, immediately vote.

    It seems that the problem is in browser caching well you just need to clear your browsers cache or try to vote on alternative browsers.

    It either might be, IP block, or somebody voted in that website but not in the gamezaion, might be related to other game. You can see the list of games that can IP block you to vote in the first link (i'm referring to the XtremeTOP).
