Help me please

there's a caution pop-up that we can only play one race in one server, i was able to delete one of my asmo characters but i can't delete my other one, and it is saying in the caution pop-up that you cannot play in the server if you have two races when the temporary period of us being able to play two races in one server ends. i also saw in the pop-up that you can transfer your character by NCsoft Master account, but i don't have an NCsoft Master account.

can someone help me Please, GM or anyone?

i wasn't able to play aion for more than two months i think and i wanna play so bad from this day forward.

 

have u tried logging on as your other asmo char, maybe its stuck somewhere

 

yes i was able to log in with that char and took some kinah before i tried to delete it

i dunno what a player unstuck request is but i sent a request regarding that char in the gamezaion website also thinking it might be stuck or something >.<

That notice is actually from retail. You do not need to worry about it. Their was no need for you to delete your character. Their were other threads like this before asking the same question. You should have searched for them before deleting your character D:

 

i just sent the request moments ago, i don't even know how i'll know that there's a response hehe

is it possible for the GMs to delete or get rid of that character for me???

Everyone recieved the exact same notice as you and it was meant for players who play retail. We recieve it because we use the retail launcher to update Gamez and Crystal. I doubt Carl would ever force player's accounts to be only one race.

 

haha that's a relief it's ok i don't need the chars that i have deleted anyway, i was actually searching for a thread earlier regarding this but maybe i was impatient not being able to find one >.<
