If that is the email you registered with then you can PM Alente or a senior AM so they can send you a pass reset. There is a forgotten password form you can fill out but yahoo emails were generally bugged and didn't get the pass reset emails. You can still try it here

If it is not the email you registered with, you will have to prove the account is yours, otherwise anybody could scam accounts just by seeing people fill out their username (imagine the chaos in net cafes where every other person sees you type in the username)
