    Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall Gamez Black Desert Online Launcher
    Once the old launcher has been successfully uninstalled, download and install the latest version of our launcher: GamezBD Launcher
    Also make sure to set exceptions to GamezBD Launcher and Black Desert Online folder on your firewall/antivrus.
