HELP me!!!!!!!

uhmm.... to all GM's, last sunday (sept 12, 2010) estimated time (6:00-7:00 in south east asia "philippines") me with my brother have an agreement to mail me an item (warhammer +15) when suddenly a bug came and i havnt seen my mail till now (sept 13,2010 8:57 p.m) :sad: pls help me recover the item because its expensive when i bought it:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: im begging you GM's to please help me return my +15 weapon in my hands

i wonder if its the bug that cancells the mail?
