Help my account had been hacked

There is an ip address that is not me log in to my account

and whoever log in to my account sell everything in my inventory on lowest price such as boss armor and boss weapon
Can i get it back ? Or can you please do something ?
I spent my entire year grinding those equipment through selling horses only.
Please help.

 

I have the same issue. All my gears were gone. Same IP too.

That's why I was complaining about Account Lock system, that is not yet usable, even I locked my account i can still put up a store, i can use consumables unlike before that if u forgot to unlock your account when u login, u will be warned about hacking account. please fix the account lock system before so many will be robbed.

 

Didnt u click on any link from friend or unknown ppl who said u will get gift? Or u play in cafe internet?

 

I assume you shared your account information with others? If your account has been hacked the lost items will not be restored.
