Help my fenri's item is disappeard! :(

    HELP! MY FENRI’S PLATE ARMOR IS GONE!

    Story:
    1. I moved my 2 plate fenri’s items on my account warehouse
    2. After that I logged out.......but it stucks....i thought its server crash again.....so I quit the client
    3. I logged in, then I looked at my account warehouse.......then there's only 1 fenri’s item left.....:(
    These is my purchase history:

    I wish u can fix these...:( I spended a lot of times voting.....so pls pls help me :(

    You might want to PM all the Senior AM's about your issue as well. As they are the only ones who can spawn items. You can also try PM'ing Carl and Darkmax.
