    sad to say that Tiamat Shadow when you kill the Cursed Gilgamesh it wont proceed to the next step.

    kill him with auto attack hit instead skills, prevent him gave up pursue on you since he won't move from his spot.
    if you did it right , there will be npc spawn after his death , talk to him so you can proceed ur quest :) GL.
