I donated today in gamezaion.com by using smart pasaload suddenly my credit doesn't change??? why?? can u help you me please??

and how to post a screenshot? should i used paint? please help please please

As far as I can remember with using Smart Pasaload, you will be asked for a confirmation code, the code will be sent to your mobile phone.
Question though, is this your first time donating for your account?

That screenshot tells nothing except for how much credits you have at the moment. Try answering the questions I'm asking.

Is this the first time you're donating for your account?

Did you receive any confirmation code on your mobile phone?

I did not screenshot the first one that tells you its successfully donated. because i though its added already im to confident on it, coz its not my first time to donate in pasa load sir

Sometimes it takes time for the credits to be posted on your account. Give it 2-3 hours. Since you already have the confirmation, I'm pretty sure your credits will go through. Please be patient.

 

ahhhhhhh ok sir, this is the first delayed sir. Before when im donating by pasa load after transaction the credit is added in time.
Hope so sir i will wait for 2-3hours and if doesn't added what should i do sir? should i post another thread sir? or i will directly post a reply here???

 

Just reply here. If your credits doesn't go through, you need to contact the payment service you used for donating.

Try calling Smart Communications, they have a specific department for payments via mobile.

Last thing you can do right now is wait until tomorrow for the credits to come through. If by then no credits have been posted on your account then I suggest you call Smart Communications as I've mentioned before.

When I start to use the new Item pack 4.7 my gamezaion game is having some trouble.....is exit apparently, it said "this program is not available in this country" I ask help from those sites pertaining to this but I got more trouble.....Iv'e lost the l10n files...then I ask...but again more and more mind blowing trouble I've encounter, so then I decide to delete the game, all the files inside it, but the thing in some files can't be deleted..Thought that is could be okay so I download the NCSoft launcher... but it hurts so much when it turns out that it can't initialized, that soo embarrassing for I made a mistake...please help me for this trouble I made...
