help please!

please i cant continue my update because of this error.. im at stage 5 at exact 50%... please anyone help me..
repair files doesnt work..

Sounds like corrupt launcher. Did you try to reinstall it? if it still doesn't work after reinstalling it, reinstall it in safe mode with networking. See how that goes.

 

how to redownload the game? this is my first time to download gamez sir..

 

i dont know to networking mate.. any possible suggest?

you don't know how to access safe mode without networking? What kind of computer do you have?

Try to reinstall the entire game from safe mode with networking. To do this, shut off your computer and press F8 when it turns back up or whatever the hotkey you have to boot into it. You will have a number of options. Safe mode with networking will let you go into a state of disabled features but you will still be able to connect to the internet.

 

Delete that file you are getting the error with and relaunch the launcher and try again. Your internet may be too slow to download the game without getting alot of errors. Also disable anything in your background that may be preventing you from downloading the files properly. I recommend downloading the game on safemode with network.

i tried to download "hotspot shield" as the other forums said because i search some fixes on google..when i install it.. my patch is continued.. is it possible?..

 

If that's what works for you, then go for it. That's a VPN (Virtual Private Network) which masks your IP. If the problem still persists, please update me on the problem.

 

yeah.. i will do that if i got another error.. its annoying already hope there is no error at this time..

 

If the VPN is making your patch work, it must be a IP configuration issue or some server error. But good luck !
