    my game version is 4.8.0.17 is this the current version?
    I cant buy the Magic Leather from NPC: Agaron my char is Gunner
    this is the item i've been trying to buy <Emissary's Divine Magic Jerkin>

    You can't buy Emissary's Divine Magic Jerkin cause it is restricted or bugged atm. You can only obtain those sets by upgrading an Archon Commander Divine/Guardian Commander Divine Magic Jerkin.

    is there any magic leahter set that can be bought using CM?
    or can u suggest me any set for a gunner that can be bought using CM?

    You buy those things in Convent of Marchutan in Pandaemonium.

    Or Cloister of Kaisinel in Sanctum. And talk to Eldsul (Asmodian) or Tororite (Elyos)

    You use CM to upgrade the set. :3 That is the only thing you could do for now. Upgrading since they're restricted/bugged.

    Please click the spoiler. I put there the steps where you will get the ACD/GCD Sets. And also, you can upgrade the the free sets, but still using the mithril medals.
