help please

My friend has been trying to use his credit card to get points to buy VIP or prem. But everytime it asks to call a number to get a verify code and everytime he calls they hang up.


Now when I went and used my card for myself and it never asked to call a said number so why is it doing this to him and how can we get around it?

 

try use another donations method?

r u both from the same country?

 

yes he we live 30 mins from each other he's tried using different credit cards and keeps asking him to call a num to get a verify code

 

if i were him id try from a different pc, theres enough funky spyware around that tries to get u to do weird things and collects ur info or just use another donations method

but then again, could be just coz u have different types of cards etc, cant be sure
