    try this.

    When you start your launcher,, double click on "Aion" and you should see a progress bar come up downloading the game. Do not close it as it seems that you're having issues with the "background download process".

    If that doesn't work, then reinstall the Launcher and try again.

    that happended to me too. i had to do a system restore and then it worked fine. only do this if the other one didnt work for u
