    I bought mine from the abyss NPC a GM would spawn, gave a lot of morph's. I don't know the current status of them right now..

    Thats an extraction item only, since the npc is not implemented yet.

    Go to trade broker u will find some.
    If u dont find there, u can shout in heiron or beluslan depending on your class if someone can sell them to u.

    To bad i know i have like a dozen in my inventory ( but i cant log in game).

    Edit: the morph, can be bought in the abyss npc
