Help plz

ive been trying to fix the flying issue but everytime i replace the file for the new one it changes it or adds the ng_frreefly =1 or something like that and when i try and replace it agen and i try to run the game as admin it says that its not available in my country ive been to the ncsoft launche many times and it soes say north america can anyone help me cuz ive actually played this game on this computer and ive never had this problem:smile:
