Help, problem with abyss quests

I was able to do the first 2 quests from the abyss entry quests, the one where u talk to the guy in the coliseum and the 3 tests you take at the library of the sages, but the 3rd one deliver on your promises doesnt show up.. the whole list of quests for the abyss entry actually disappeared. I have no idea whats going on. any help would be greatly appreciated

edit* I even started a new character and started the abyss entry chain at lvl 25, and once again i was able to do the first 2 quests of the chain but the 3rd one wont come up, idk wht to do
