Help to create a super smallest character (Male)

I've seen some very small characters in the game, and really do not know how they do, I have tried everything and are not equal. The body part is too large or wide, it is deformed.

This is the most normal guy I can achieve it, if I make shorter legs is too deformed, can someone tell me if there is any way or tip?


I read in forums that it takes a "Plastic Surgery Ticket" to better shape the body, is it true? I need help.

The tiniest characters are all deformed badly. Only so far you can get while preserving natural body proportions.
The plastic surgery ticket does not change character creation at all but simply allows you to recreate their appearance.
