    back to after playing a few months and I create a new character in the siel server, because I have characters in Lumiel now my problem is I can not vote and tried already several days, since my computers and others and need points perhaps is des system error please help please fix this problem

    Try to clean your browser cookies/cache if it doesnt work try using another browser. If you are voting from a cafe then someone voted before you did.

    actually recommended me this does not work, clear the cache and
    even clear history ...
    and tried it on my computer which I use only ....
