    Ams cant reset quests. Bryne might be able to or Carl or Karissa if you pm them and ask.
    I dont know if they know the command for it so I'll post it here

    1. Ask the player to relog
    2. Use this command //quest set <questid> START 0 0
    3. Ask the player to relog again and the quest should be there in unfinished quests.

    START must be in capital letters as well.
