Help with my PC

Hey guys i was loading a Windows in my new hard disk but a problem with the electricity just shut down my pc before to complete it And im getting this error:

Can you go to your BIOS? Make sure your BIOS is not restricted to factory Admin settings. Happened to my Computer a few months ago when reinstalling Windows on the Harddrive. Stupid BIOS was restricted to Admin only from Toshiba. Probably so that Only Manufacturer can mess with your computer.

Basically what this restriction does is make you not able to change anything to your core Hardware stuff. Like, Change Harddrives or add RAM. Basically anything that can change something about the computer.

 

Yep i just load the default settings And this work. Its a bit of luck because a lot ppl waste a lot time with this error.
