Help with Special deals event

    Can someone tell me how to properly turn on that special deals thing that automatically sells the loot from party members? I tried grinding turos with a guildmate and our party had free looting turned on with yellow grade ticked. For some reason we still both got turos belt and it didnt automatically sell our loot. Then I tried using the by price option instead but it still wouldnt automatically sell our loot, i got a 2nd turo belt.

    Is there another method to turn on the special deals thing?
    Does it stack with the +30% from VP?
    Is it worth doing in higher end spots like turos?

    Its work only for monster who not have copy of drop to every party member. Payout amount is static so market buffs not affect it.
